Mint (M):
These records are in brand new condition, with absolutely no scratches, scuffs, or warping. The cover should also be in perfect condition, with no creases, tears, or ring wear.
Near Mint (NM):
These records are nearly perfect, but may have one or two very minor imperfections, such as a light hairline scratch that doesn't affect playback. The cover should be in near perfect condition, with only minor wear.
Excellent (EX):
These records are in excellent condition, with only a few minor imperfections, such as a couple of light scratches that may cause some light crackle during playback. The cover may have some slight wear, such as minor corner wear or creases.
Very Good (VG):
These records are in very good condition, but may have some noticeable imperfections, such as scratches that cause some crackle during playback. The cover may have some wear, such as corner wear, seam splits, or ring wear.
Good (G):
These records are in good playable condition, but will have noticeable imperfections that may affect playback. These imperfections may include scratches that cause pops, crackle, or skips. The cover may have significant wear, such as tears, seam splits, or heavy ring wear.
Poor (P):
These records are in poor condition and may not be playable. They will have significant scratches, warping, or other damage that will severely affect playback. The cover may be heavily damaged, with tears, seam splits, or heavy writing.
